Procedure Expectations:
After you fill out the form and submit your purchase, your reading will be emailed to you within 10 days from initial submission. I love doing this work and there’s a good chance I’ll get the reading to you before the 10 days, but occasionally I get slammed! If the reading you’ve selected is a live session I will email you to schedule a date/time.
Delayed Policy:
If for some reason I get slammed before being able to close out readings, you will get a delayed reading due date. From which you’ll have the option for a refund. I try to make sure I keep things manageable and realistic with my work ethic and schedule!
Live Readings Policy:
You may reach out with rescheduling or cancellation needs up to 24 hours before our scheduled time. Cancellation overall within the allowed time period will grant you a 50% refund. A grace period of 15 mins is given for late arrivals, but once it is past 30 mins, the reading session will close out with no refund.
